The Doane women's soccer team found themselves in double overtime for the second straight game but in the 108th minute, the Tigers scored a goal for a 4-3 win over Morningside College. The win was the third in four games (3-0-1) for the Tigers. Morningside jumped out to a 2-0 lead at halftime behind goals from Makayla Kastens and Kate Goss.
The Tigers cut the lead in half early in the second stanza on an own goal. M-side re-took a two goal lead when Goss scored her second goal of the game. A Tiger flurry tied the game up as Terianne Colangelo and Heather Clymer scored back-to-back goals in a two minute span.
In the second overtime period, Samantha Exstrom scored the game winning goal, her 12th goal of the season.
Alicia Exstrom finished with seven saves while M-side's Adriane Dougherty collected three.
