Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2008-2009 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.

Men's Offense- Devon Strecker, Doane - Forward
Doane forward Devon Strecker is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Soccer Offensive Player-of-the-Week. Strecker, a freshman from Omaha, Nebraska, netted two goals and one assist on the week as the Tigers went 2-0. Doane has won five straight matches and now is 5-3 on the season. Strecker had the game-winning goal against Midland Lutheran and game-winning assist against Dordt.
Men's Defense- Chris Kavinsky, Doane - Keeper
Doane keeper Chris Kavinsky is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Soccer Defensive Player-of-the-Week. Kavinsky, a junior from Englewood, Colorado, posted his fifth straight win in net as the Tigers defeated Midland Lutheran (3-1) and Dordt (2-1). For the week he totaled five saves and had a goals against average of 0.97.
