The men's cross country found themselves in the NAIA Top 25 this week with the release of the coach's poll. The Tigers are ranked No. 11 in the poll, the highest ranking for any team not in the final ranking from last year. They received 257 points, just seven points away from a Top 10 ranking.
Malone College (Ohio) is the preseason favorite, grabbing all 15 first place votes. Concordia University is the top GPAC team in the poll following a No. 7 ranking. The University of Sioux Falls and Dana College are receiving votes in the poll.
The Tiger's season begins on September 13 at the Les Duke Invitational at Grinnell, Iowa.
