GPAC Women's Soccer All-Conference
Three Doane College freshmen women's soccer players have earned All-GPAC honors for their efforts during the 2007 season. Samantha Exstrom was named to the First Team after leading the GPAC in points (44) and goals (20) through the regular season. Maggie Kukuk of Morningside was named the GPAC Player-of-the-Year and trailed Exstrom in points by three and in goals by five. Morningside was still alive in the NAIA Region III tournament when the All-Conference team was released.
Kelsey Bryant was named to the Second Team defender list. She played the stopper position in the Doane defense much of the year. Erin Danahay was named honorable mention and was the right back for the Tigers.
Doane finished the year 8-8-3 and advanced to the NAIA Region III Tournament for the first time in school history.
