Burrage Hall and Colonial Hall are commonly known as "The Quads." Both are residential halls consisting of rooms (quads) that accommodate eight people (two in each bedroom). There are four bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom in each quad. The majority of the Greeks consider the quads their home.
In 2006 an outdoor basketball court was added just south of Burrage and Colonial Hall and east of Smith.
