Doane allowed the fewest points of the season on Saturday afternoon as they defeated Mount Marty College, 58-46, in men's basketball action in Crete.  The win snapped a 10-game losing streak for Doane.

The Tigers jumped out to a 14-6 lead in the first nine minutes of play but hit a dry spell as they were held off the scoreboard for six minutes of play.  During the stretch, Mount Marty went on an 8-0 run to tie the game at 14-all.  Zach Moult hit a basket to end the spell.  Following a Lancer free throw, Doane received back-to-back baskets from Jens Scholl and Brett Jorgensen to go up by five.  At halftime, the Tigers led 22-20.
