The Tiger men's tennis team dropped a tough decision to Dordt College on Monday afternoon, falling 6-3 to the Defenders.
Josh Siske won at No. 1 singles, defeating Scott Kraayenbrink, 6-1, 6-0. Adam Fye dropped his match to Ben Boekeloo, 0-6, 2-6. Jace Crist lost in a tie-breaker, falling 6-4, 4-6, 0-1 (8-10), to Ethan Ulrich.
Tony Bieck lost at No. 4 singles to Dalton Moore, 4-6, 3-6. Josh Johnson dropped his match to Sam Hart, 1-6, 2-6. Tanner Vitko won at No. 6 singles, defeating Lance Nieuwsma, 6-2, 6-3.
In doubles, Fye and Crist lost to Kraayenbrink and Moore, 3-8. Siske and Bieck won 8-5 over Ulrich and Hart. Nick Thixton teamed up with Johnson and lost at No. 3 doubles, 6-8, to Nieuwsma and Chris Castellanos.
