Doane College senior Chelsee Marvin wrapped up her career this past week at the NAIA National Tournament. Today, she was named an All-American by the NAIA. Marvin received honorable mention honors after helping guide Doane to a 28-10 record.
Marvin finished the season averaging 3.17 kills and 0.88 blocks per game for the Tigers. She added 50 ace serves and 116 digs.
For her career, she is sixth all-time in kills with 1,463 and fifth in total blocks with 491.
She is the daughter of Ken and Tami Marvin of Crete and will graduate in May 2009 with a degree in elementary and middle school education.
