Lindsey Moran

Doane College Head Basketball Coach Tracee Fairbanks announced the addition of Lindsey Moran to her 2008 recruit class. Moran, a native of Atkinson, Neb., was a member of the West Holt High School squad this past year. Moran averaged 11.2 points per game during her senior campaign in which she knocked down a school-record seven three-point baskets against Plainview High School. She was one of seven players in the state to knock down at least seven three-point baskets in a game this year. For her efforts this past season, Moran received honorable mention All-State honors from the Associated Press, Lincoln Journal Star and Omaha World Herald.
Lindsey graduated from West Holt High School with five records, including points in a single game (33 vs. Plainview H.S.) and career assists (240). She was named to the all-conference team twice and earned honorable mention honors from the World Herald during her junior year, in addition to the state honors she received this past year.
Lindsey is the daughter of Doug & Jeanne Moran.
