The Doane baseball and softball teams have used solid starts to push themselves into the April 1 NAIA Region III rankings.
The baseball team entered the rankings last week and now sit at No. 8 in the poll. They have an 11-16 record overall and are 4-4 in the GPAC. Doane will host No. 5 Midland Lutheran College on Sunday, April 6.
The softball team used a 4-0 week in GPAC play to enter the rankings for the first time this season. With an 11-3 record overall, the Tigers are No. 7 in the poll. Doane will host No. 10 Hastings College on Wednesday, April 2.
