Doane/Northwestern statistics
Northwestern had all five starters score in double figures as they cruised pass the Tigers, 92-64. The Red Raiders shot 52 percent for the game while Doane hit on 41 percent of their shot attempts.
The Red Raiders were balanced each half, scoring 46 points per period. Doane was limited to 32 points per half. Northwestern was 6-of-10 from behind the three-point line in the first half, including one from Curt Schilling with 10 seconds remaining in the half. He led all scorers with 17 points.
Doane was led by Kolby Hamilton's 15 points off the bench. Dane Cruz added 13 points. Tyler Cyboron picked up nine rebounds while Trent Schlautman led the Tigers with four assists.
The Red Raiders are ranked No. 8 in NAIA Division II.
