Dining Hall Renovations Underway

The Dining Hall is not quiet this summer. In fact, it's quite loud due to large-scale renovations underway.
When students enter this fall, they'll experience new lighting and more character as well as a new set up. Gone will be the single-file food line replaced by a curved structure housing three major food stations:
* Pizza and Pasta: sandwiches and casseroles will also be interchanged with the pasta choices
* Top Hits: the most popular food selections
* Hot Steel: an international cook-to-order station from omelets at breakfast to stirfry and hot salads
Along the side will be the breakfast and dessert bar, housing ice cream and toppings, a new frost top dessert station meaning watch for warm cobbler, bread pudding, and other delicious options. The cereal, toaster, waffle iron and bread boxes (new to ensure freshness) will all still be available.
Conveniently located in the middle will be the soup and salad bar as well as the beverage station, complete with a few new drink options.
The tray drop off area will also be better lit and easier to navigate.
Less congestion. More fresh food. Watch for it all by the time students return mid-August.
