financial aid adviser is available to assist you through the process.
Step 1 - Admission
- A. All students applying for financial aid must first be admitted to Doane College. To be admitted, follow these Steps to Apply and/or contact and an Academic Adviser to assist you through the process.
- B. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Completing the form online can reduce processing time by two weeks.
- C. After completing the FAFSA, you will receive a Student Aid Report (SAR).
Step 2 - Completing your File
The Financial Aid Office will request additional information to complete your financial aid file. Make sure that all forms are filled out completely and signatures are in place.
Step 3 - Award Notification
After your file is complete, you will receive a Financial Aid Award Notification Packet. This shows financial aid that is available for you. You must complete the packet, including Web and paper forms to receive your financial aid.
