The format of the Masters of Arts in Management program provides you with flexibility in scheduling. Doane offers four curriculum options, each allowing you to customize your learning experience. With the emphasis option, you earn a specialization in Leadership or International Business. The thesis option* results in a culminating research project focusing on an approved topic of interest that will contribute to the management field. The non-thesis option, a leadership and coaching institute, results in a culminating final project that synthesizes key learning through the nine-month experience.
Option I: Non-thesis program without an emphasis - 42 credits.

THE LEADING EDGE
The Leading Edge consists of one zero-credit preparation course plus a series of three, one-credit courses. All four courses must be completed in consecutive terms. To enroll in The Leading Edge, students must have completed a minimum of 30 credit hours including BUS 680 Foundations of Research, and have no incompletes on their academic record.
