The format of the Masters of Arts in Management program provides you with the flexibility in scheduling. You may select from one of four curriculum options, each allowing you to customize your learning experience. With the emphasis option, you earn a specialization in Leadership or International Business. The thesis option results in a culminating research project focusing on an approved topic of interest to you. You can also select the non-thesis option, which focuses on a practitioner's model, culminating in a final portfolio of applied knowledge learned throughout the program.
Option I: Non-thesis program without an emphasis - 42 credits.

GRADUATE SEMINAR
Graduate Seminar is a series of three, one-credit courses. Students enroll in the first one-credit course once they are officially accepted into the program and prior to the completion of 12 credits. Students enroll in the second one-credit course midway through the program and the third and final one-credit course in their last term.
