2008 Results
The Doane College Forensics Team placed 2nd in speech team sweepstakes at the Nebraska Intercollegiate Forensics Association's State Tournament, held February 15-17, 2008, at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. They also placed 3rd in overall team sweepstakes, which combines team scores in both speech and debate. Doane only had one debate team competing at the tournament, and their performance enabled the team to bring home an overall team sweepstakes trophy for the first time in the 8 years Doane College has had a forensics team.
