It’s no coincidence that despite widely varying interests, skill sets, and objectives, most Doane graduates build successful futures, developing leadership roles within their communities and organizations. At Doane, leadership isn’t just a concept; it is an outcome achieved by ensuring that leadership development experiences define every aspect of the life of our students. And Doane’s one-of-a-kind Zenon C.R. Hansen Leadership Program is a campus-wide, comprehensive effort that allows students to explore leadership and develop their capabilities of becoming involved and productive civil leaders well before they graduate.
