Doane College

Student Organizations

Students spending their spring break as volunteers. It’s one of the biggest benefits of being part of a college community where more than 90 percent of students live on campus: there’s always someone to share your interests. As a Doane student, you’ll quickly discover that the energy and ideas that inspire you in the classroom don’t end when your classes do. They radiate out into every corner of the campus, and beyond. With more than 60 clubs and organizations established and run by students, the members of our community are always talking, sharing insights and opinions, and challenging one another to do something about them, to excel and lead in new ways.

Service-learning organizations. Student government. Sororities. Fraternities. Religious groups. Intramurals. Academic clubs. There are as many ways to connect all the different parts of your mind at Doane—often in unexpected and fascinating ways—as there are students. And just in case you’re interested in something completely new, you’ll find the help you need to establish and fund your very own student club.
