Nebraska Opportunity Grant (NOG)The state of Nebraska provides the Nebraska Opportunity Grant. The state provides Doane college the criteria for the grant as well as a finite amount of dollars to award per academic year. Student must be Nebraska residents who demonstrate high need. The financial aid office determines the student's eligibility based on EFC and availability of funds.
Eligible recipients names are submitted to the State of Nebraska's Coordinating Commission of Post Secondary Education pending approval. Once approved, the award is finalized.
