A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Matt joined the Doane College Admission Staff in July 2006. After graduating with a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Missouri - St. Louis, he spent two years teaching string orchestra in the public schools. He is currently pursing a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Higher Education Administration at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
Matt has a strong background in music performance and education, theatre, and forensics (speech). His territory includes Omaha and the Northern-Midwest and Northeastern States. Matt works closely with our Fine and Performing Arts departments - especially in the scheduling of scholarship auditions. Please let him know if you have any questions.
