Hansen Leadership Program

The Hansen Leadership Program (HLP) is named for Zenon C.R. Hansen, former president of Mack Truck and a strong supporter of leadership development, particularly among young adults. 

The goal of HLP is to foster the program’s core values in all members of the Doane College community:

• Inclusiveness
• Service
• Empowerment
• Proactivity
• Accountability
• Integrity
  

HLP gives students the skills and knowledge they need to become strong leaders throughout campus, and encourages them to refine their abilities to serve their community beyond graduation.
