Environmental Science majors acquire the laboratory skills and field methods used to characterize ecosystems, study the impact of humans upon ecosystems, and utilize undergraduate research to develop problem-solving skills. As a part of completing this major students receive a biology minor and may also participate in paid summer research projects.
The Environmental Studies minor complements numerous majors including political science, business, economics, history, sociology, communications, biology and pre-law.
