HOMECOMING CONCERT

Homecoming is a special time on the Doane campus, as many alumni return to enjoy a weekend of events, including this concert. The concert features performances by Doane Choir, Collegiate Chorale, Doane Concert Band, and Symphonic Wind Ensemble.
FALL FESTIVAL OF WINDS
Saturday, November 8, 2008, 4:00 p.m.
Two high school honor bands join forces with the Doane Symphonic Wind Ensemble and Doane Jazz Band to perform a late afternoon concert of great wind music. Dr. Frank C. Tracz from Kansas State University and Dr. Larry Blocher will guest conduct the two honor bands.
CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL

Sunday, December 7, 3:00 p.m.
This festive weekend is one of the most popular and anticipated music events on the Doane campus. The concert features the department's major student ensembles. Because of the popularity of the Christmas Festival, two performances are given.

DOANE VOCAL FESTIVAL GRAND CONCERT

This concert features 160 of the state's top vocalists from Nebraska's premier honor choir festival. Doane Choir and selected outstanding soloists also perform.
SYMPHONIC WIND ENSEMBLE TOUR HOME CONCERT

Symphonic Wind Ensemble returns from its Interterm tour of Illinois and Iowa and presents a Home Concert of classics for wind band.
CHOIR TOUR HOME CONCERT

Doane Choir presents a final concert of classical, folk, and spiritual music.
SWING INTO SPRING CONCERT

Jazz Unlimited and Jazz Band present an evening of songs from a variety of genres and periods.
SPRING INSTRUMENTAL CONCERT

The String Chamber Music, Concert Band, and Symphonic Wind Ensemble present a concert representing the variety of styles and genres of instrumental music.
