The changing demographics and momentum of the European community, coupled with increasing interaction among cultures and societies, provides the backdrop for the international studies contemporary Europe emphasis program at Doane. This program offers a broad overview of the culture, politics, and history of Germany, modern Russia, France, and Eastern Europe. Within the European focus, students can gain extra depth in any of three areas: France, Germany, or Russia/East Europe.
