Strategic Planning

I am delighted to present Doane College's 2006-2011 strategic plan, in PDF and Word formats below.  The plan, which both the faculty and Board of Trustees endorsed, seeks to build on our tremendous strengths and also confront our challenges in a disciplined and focused way. 

I would like to thank all members of the Central Planning Committee and the many task forces for their hard work in bringing us to this point in the planning process. I also wish to thank those who provided feedback concerning the plan.
