Kim Jacobs, vice president for enrollment management and student leadership
Kim began working at Doane in August 2004. Since then she has provided leadership and direction to all areas of student leadership and athletics. She is a graduate of Kansas State, where she obtained her master's degree in counseling and college student personnel administration.

Dan Van Vechten, assistant dean of student leadership for student life and programming
Dan Van Vechten is a 1994 graduate of Syracuse University with a bachelor's degree in English/Textual Studies. He also completed a master's degree from Syracuse University in Higher Education in 2001. He comes from upstate New York, and has been at Doane College since the summer of 2007. Dan is responsible for the overall management and development of a comprehensive student leadership and campus life program with regard to activities, programming, and student leadership. This includes the Office of Multicultural Affairs, Office of the Chaplain and Campus Outreach, and Student Activities Council. He is also director of the Hansen Leadership Program and oversees the fall orientation program.

Kerry Craven, executive secretary for student leadership
Kerry provides supporting services for the Student Leadership Office. She takes pleasure in working with Doane students daily. In addition to attending some of the spectacular Doane events, Kerry also enjoys reading, traveling, long walks, home improvement projects and spending time with her family.
