Class Agents & News

Class Agents

Class agents are volunteer representatives from each class who serve as liaisons between their class and the college. They assist the college by writing class letters and promoting class reunions and other Doane College gatherings.

Become an Agent

We invite you to volunteer and serve as a class agent. In this role, you will be asked to perform the following important functions:

  • Serve as a link in the communication process between the Alumni Office and your classmates by:
    • Notifying us of relevant news items from your class.
    • Keeping your classmates informed of school and alumni-related events.
  • Attend class reunions, regional alumni events, and special events if possible.
  • Identify classmates to serve on the reunion planning committee.

Volunteering to be a class agent helps you stay in touch with classmates and receive updates on what is happening at the college.

Call or e-mail today to find out how you can become a class agent:  402.826.8258 or lesley.nordhausen@doane.edu.
